Job Description 1. 制定项目管理部的整体工作规划，并组织、协调与控制实施，制定并执行部门年度、季度和月度工作计划，确保项目管理工作高效、有序开展、达成公司设定的业务目标； 2. 依据公司战略规划和业务发展需求，合理搭建项目团队架构，明确各岗位职能与分工； 3. 负责项目管理流程的宣贯、培训、落地； 4. 支撑PMO体系建设、项目管理制度建设、推动组织内部的流程改进和效率提升； 5. 负责对项目中心项目管理能力的赋能及持续提升，项目绩效管理； 6. 负责推动项目管理中心数字化建设与落地； 7. 定期组织相关部门复盘项目实施过程中的问题，为项目考核提供事实依据，提高项目执行质量和效率； 8. 负责研发体系经营数据、项目运营数据的统计分析与监控，为领导决策提供数据支持； 9. 监督研发部门日常工作的实施，并对部门考核结果负责； 10. 负责推动各专项管理活动，负责项目中心综合事务管理、组织文化的建设等； Qualifications 1. 本科及以上学历，机械类，管理类，电子工程类等相关专业优先； 2. 拥有汽车行业项目管理岗位工作经验3年及以上，熟悉项目管理知识体系，具备团队管理经验者优先考虑； 3. 具备研发体系建设及优化等相关工作经验，并在行业头部公司做出重要的业绩和成绩； 4. 有项目全局观，思路清晰，能够带领项目团队按照要求顺利完成项目交付、验收； 5. 具备高度的责任心和服务意识，始终以客户为中心，致力于提升客户满意度和公司品牌形象； 6. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力，能够高效的处理客户及公司各部门之间的关系； 7. 具备英语作为工作语言的能力； 8. 可以接受短期出差。 Legal Entity: Bosch (China) Investment Ltd.
