Job Description 负责雨刮和热管理系统的ECU硬件开发，包括需求分析，器件选型，原理图设计，PCB设计参与和指导ECU的EMC设计和整改负责编写和维护硬件设计相关技术文档支持研发阶段和批量阶段的硬件失效分析 Qualifications 电子工程相关专业，本科及以上学历 5年以上汽车电子直流/交流电机控制器硬件开发经验熟悉汽车电子元器件的选型和方法，包括MOSFET，MCU， ELCO，Inductor 熟悉掌握汽车无刷电机逆变器电子控制系统关键硬件模块（电源，逆变器，通信接口）的硬件可靠性设计方法，包括电路仿真，最坏情况计算具备电机类控制器的PCB设计经验熟悉汽车电子EMC测试规则，具备相关产品的EMC设计和整个经验英语听说读写熟练 Additional Information 该岗位内部推荐奖金为人民币3,000元整（仅限博世内部员工申请），具体请参见《博世中国内部推荐政策》

Responsibilities

Responsible for ECU hardware development for wiper and thermal management systems, including requirement analysis, component selection, schematic design, and PCB design. Participate in and guide EMC design and rectification of the ECU.
