Welcome to Bosch. Job Description The MAE project leader plans and monitors the execution of the project through all phases. Getting to know the process flow of product, organize workshop to make out the line concept and station concept to meet the process and product; Involve PIR and supplier for the line ordering and building till final acceptance at a customer facility, deliver the qualified project within given budget and time line. - The first contact window to internal customer (Production department) - Responsible for reaching the internal customer to defined project targets; including delivery range, time schedule, quality and costs - Responsible for the line concept and station concept definition - Plans and monitor the MAE project from concept till final acceptance at customer side - Define the project risk and manage it effectively - Local supplier development for MAE to support CO products Qualifications 211 Bachelor or above More than 3 years MAE arrangement experience in relative areas Knowledge of methods and tools of project management, background of mechanical and electrical knowledge Ability to lead, motivate, organize and communicate Intercultural competence Fluent English Additional Information Internal Referral bonus of this vacancy: RMB 3,000 (Valid only for Bosch associates).
