Job Description Business partner for HR topics in responsible department – managing key HR processes and topics (i.e. performance management, talent management, associate development, C&B, leadership development etc.) Regular tracking and reporting of HR key data, like Headcount, OT, attrition and etc. Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel in topics like organization change, competencies and people development, Leadership development and etc. and act as change agent in dealing with OD topics; Employee relationship management Other HR Projects to support Business needs Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and above (must) 3+ years’ experience in HR domain (Preferred) Able to work in English (Must) Knowledge of Labor Contract Law and relevant Legal regulation & stipulation (Preferred) Reliable, delicate, good at communication and cooperation.
