Job Description 使用UG进行（座椅调节或者方向盘管柱调节）电机的3D/2D设计，包括机械结构，子零件，电磁元器件等。制定电机的平台测试规范。与其他国家的博世专家合作开发电机。负责DFMEA 和DRBFM。对失效进行分析，并制定改善措施和验证方法。对电机的NVH进行分析和改进。 Qualifications 本科及以上的机械设计或电机设计专业教育背景。 5年及以上电机设计工作经验，成功开发并量产过3款以上的有刷或无刷电机。有冲压件，塑料件，装配加工工艺经验。有齿轮传动设计能力【加分项】。可熟练使用UG开展设计工作。较强的学习能力（中文和英文）。较强的协调及汇报能力（中文和英文）。 Additional Information 该岗位内部推荐奖金为人民币3,000元整（仅限博世内部员工申请），具体请参见《博世中国内部推荐政策》 Legal Entity: Bosch Automotive Products (Changsha) Co., Ltd.

Responsibilities

The role involves 3D/2D design of motors for seat adjustment or steering column adjustment, including mechanical structures and electromagnetic components. The engineer will also develop testing specifications and collaborate with Bosch experts from other countries.
