Job Description 负责生产现场过程质量的日常监控与异常识别。监督关键质量控制点（CTQ）执行情况。确保过程参数、控制计划、作业指导书得到有效执行。对异常批次进行隔离、判定及处理跟踪。主导或参与质量异常分析（如不良率上升、批量不良等）。运用质量工具（5Why、鱼骨图、8D等）进行根因分析。制定纠正与预防措施，并跟踪验证效果。负责质量问题PSS或系统报告的填写与闭环管理。定期统计和分析过程质量数据（IDC/non-IDC等）。识别趋势性风险并提出预防措施。推动Scrap（报废）、Rework（返工）降低项目。参与精益改善或持续改进项目（如降本增效项目）。 Qualifications 大专及以上学历质量工程、机械工程、制造工程、材料科学、工业工程或相关专业至少2年以上制造业或过程质量管理相关工作经验具备量产阶段过程质量控制的实际操作经验熟悉生产现场质量问题处理流程熟悉制造工艺流程及过程质量控制方法了解产品特性与过程特性的基本概念熟悉常用质量工具，如：PFMEA/Control Plan/SPC/8D/14Q 具备基础设备及自动化知识具备基础数据分析能力 Legal Entity: Bosch Automotive Aftermarket (China) Co., Ltd.

Responsibilities

The role is responsible for daily monitoring of on-site production process quality, identifying anomalies, and ensuring the effective execution of control plans and process parameters. This includes leading quality anomaly analysis, applying root cause tools, and tracking corrective and preventive actions.
