Job Description Job Summary: Lead semiconductor team group to be the customer quality interface with all customers based on semiconductor products and maintain customer satisfaction. The main tasks are handling customer 0km/field complaints, customer 8D, and customer service orientated activities e.g customer communication / implementation of customer quality requirements. Co-work with Germany fab team to improve quality performance. Job Responsibilities: Supervisory the groups work Maintain customer relationship and pursue customer satisfaction including internal and external customers KPI deployment and monitoring Team member management and development Supporting to team member for major tasks handling Continuous improvement to focus on customer complaint handling Other tasks as defined by HoD Qualifications University degree in technical subjects, or other university degree + 5years work experience in technical field Several years of team management role, experience in quality management or manufacturing or development or project management Experience in quality field; Experience in claim management; Experience in customer communication; Experience In wafer production area.
