Job Description Failure analysis technician with responsibility to analysis failure parts root cause and investigation inside MOE1-Wuj. 负责分析MOE1-Wuj部门所有失效件的根本原因分析及调查 Analysis failure parts, test/failure analysis data collection, and summarize failure report 分析产线的失效件,进行数据收集及分析,并整理失效分析报告 Record and management failure parts in the FAN system 使用失效分析系统对失效件进行登记及管理 Escalation and Implement containment action for quality case. 对质量异常事件进行升级围堵 Creation and update ESS base on failure analysis experience 根据失效分析的经验进行创建并更新分析手册 Maintain/Repair test adapters and spare parts 测试工具和备件的维护及维修 Support Installation/Release/ hardware upgrade of test equipment of failure station 辅助失效分析站测试设备的安装、验收，以及硬件升级 Support test engineer for EWAK/D-Sample test failure analysis 辅助测试工程师分析D样件/EWAK失效件 Assignments of special tasks. 其他可能分配的特殊任务。 Owner of failure station 5S and safety issue. 负责失效分析站的5S和安全问题。 Qualifications 电子信息工程相关专业，大专及以上学历 3年及以上电子失效分析经验，ICT/FCT 测试失效分析及维修经验熟悉模电数电，读懂电子电路原理图测试设备基本操作,数字万用表/电源/显微镜/示波器解焊及焊接基本电子元器件及BGA
