Welcome to Bosch. 职位描述负责机械零部件的目标成本核算评估，对供应商报价分析并协助完成目标成本的实现协同供应商工艺开发及产品设计评审，对产品的制造可行性进行分析协同公司内部新产品开发及产品量产过程中的结构优化，工艺改善，以及降本的工作参与模具试模及试生产过程中的模具验收，整改方案制定及成果跟踪负责机械类相关产品领域技术调研，以及新技术工艺的持续学习及应用职位要求具备5年以上汽车行业成本评估经验，熟悉机械零部件及机械类产品生产制造工艺具备模具设计/优化项目经验，和工艺制定的核心能力；熟悉模具设计，加工，组模，试模整体过程本科/硕士学历，模具设计专业，材料成型及控制工程，机械设计熟悉汽车领域产品，有产品设计开发经验者更佳熟悉CNC加工及后段加工工艺具有高度责任心和出色沟通能力及跨部门协调能力，积极寻求解决问题方案具备快速及持续学习能力，能承担新领域的项目及技术挑战

Responsibilities

Responsible for target cost assessment and evaluation of mechanical components, analyzing supplier quotations, and assisting in achieving target costs. Collaborate with suppliers on process development and product design reviews, and participate in mold acceptance and production trials.
