Welcome to Bosch. 职位描述 1.作为马达研发工程师，在工具研发项目中，保证所有马达工程相关工作的准时交付，包括： •基于现有马达平台，提供电机方案选项； •在多文化环境中，进行跨职能部门交流，定义并优化电机解决方案； •计算马达参数，跟踪电机样品的制作及测试，并在失效分析的基础上，提出并推进解决措施； •完成机械设计文档及图纸，定义规范，以及负责图纸和模具的最终的放行。 2. 新马达的研发： •基于其他部门的工程输入，能够定义电机设计的边界条件； •独立完成电机电磁及性能设计方案； •完成相关外围机械设计； •制定并执行验证（包括测试）方案; •负责相关技术文档编写及归档。职位要求 1.自动化，机电，电机电器等相关专业，研究生优先； 2.熟悉Creo，或类似绘图软件； 3.具较强的电机设计及仿真能力，能熟悉掌握例如Ansys，Maxwel等设计仿真软件； 4.熟悉一种以上机械、流体散热仿真软件，或有matlab/Simulink建模能力优先； 5.善于时间管理及系统化思考，有上进心，责任感强，思维开放，快速学习和团队合作精神；良好的英语听说读写能力。

Responsibilities

The role involves ensuring timely delivery of all motor engineering-related tasks in tool development projects and defining and optimizing motor solutions through cross-functional communication. Additionally, the engineer will be responsible for the design and testing of new motors, including documentation and verification processes.
