Job Description 产线生产计划：根据客户需求制定产线的日生产计划，并跟踪实际完成情况，满足客户订单交付指标；及时响应并应对外部客户需求和内部生产波动，并协调处理；包含量产产品和新项目产品；物料(原材料)计划：负责给供应商下达原材料采购订单并跟踪到货；改善供应商交付问题，以及处理相关交付、收货等问题；及时跟踪并处理新老产品切换期间原材料的库存；客户订单管理：客户沟通协作，跟踪需求变化，推动客户订单交付改善；中央仓库（IDC)成品补货计划：负责替中央仓库向工厂下达成品补货需求并跟踪实际完成情况，满足中央仓库的库存和服务水平指标；及时做好中央仓库的瓶颈管理主要指标：负责客户订单服务水平提升、原材料库存管理、供应链成本管理和优化；其他：可持续改善项目和精益体系改善项目 Qualifications 三年及以上生产计划、物料计划经验，有SAP系统使用经验优先；本科及以上学历良好的英语口语读写能力责任心强，有良好的抗压能力和内外部沟通协调能力逻辑性强，有较强的数据分析能力
