Job Description 工作职责概述： 1. 协助精炼主管进行生产管理，负责精炼和污水现场安全、工艺安全、食品安全集团政策的落实、设备设施、产品质量、ISO标准、CI 相关工作推进，如5S、DNA、Kaizen改善、标准化建立等工作，带领团队实现目标，同时，推进节能和自动化项目； 2. 协助污水处理工艺优化。主要职责： 1.带领生产团队贯彻和执行工厂安全，健康，环境程序和食品安全程序、协助生产主管接受相应内、外审工作； 2.协助精炼主管严格控制生产消耗，根据化验结果，及时调整生产参数，保证产品质量100%合格； 3.负责节能和自动化的相关事宜，推进工厂节能和自动化项目的实施； 4.协助精炼主管组织实施生产活动，完成生产任务，并采取或落实措施保证生产记录以及各种报表及时、真实、完整。按时完成各阶段工业生产经济活动分析报告。 5.协助精炼主管管理车间设备, 如日常设备维护安排及计划停机检修工作，编写和提交日常MOC工作； 6.协助精炼主管不断对员工进行岗位操作技能培训，规范操作方法和流程、标准化实施。 7.协助生精炼主管建立车间的卫生制度、DNA推进、ISO、安全、工艺安全以及绩效的考核标准，并对其进行考核评估和落实。 8.与其它部门保持良好的协作关系，协作其它部门共同完成生产任务。 9.协助严格控制排水指标，根据化验结果，及时调整污水处理参数，确保排放水质达标。 10.协助解决水处理过程中的技术问题，评估现有水处理工艺的效率和效果，提出并实施优化方案。 11. 熟悉废水、废气、固废处理监控设施的运行管理，维护环保相关合同。 13.完成上级安排的其它工作。 Qualifications 教育背景：全日制大专及以上学历，油脂工程、食品或粮食工程专业、化工、机电一体化等相关专业，条件优秀的可放宽；工作经历：同行业五年以上工作经验；对油脂行业工艺流程熟悉，条件优秀者可放宽对行业及岗位任职要求。能力要求：富有团队合作精神，善于沟通，工作认真负责。有较强抗压能力及环境适应能力，心理健康，具备较强的情绪把控能力。有良好的团队管理、分析和解决问题的能力。掌握基本的计算机office办公及Auto CAD制图使用技能。语言要求：良好的英语听、读、写能力。 Additional Information Additional Information for the job What We Offer - A dynamic and stimulating international environment, which embraces diversity, equity and inclusion. - Learning & development opportunities. - Competitive compensation and benefits. - Insurance systems & schemes.
