Bachelor degree in automotive engineering, electrical engineering, information technology 2. Work experience in engineering, approx. 2-3 years, preferable in automotive industry; basic understanding of restraint system functions desired 3. Total system thinking, analytical mind and knowledge of time-management 4. Understanding and presentation of complex topics and relations 5. Strong motivation, Good in conflict management and systematic problem solving 6 Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers and international local and global engineering teams (China, Germany, Vietnam.etc) 7.
