Job Description 为客户提供质量支持，协调客户与博世内部的工：处理客户零公里及现场投诉；协调量产支持活动；在客户现场执行遏制措施及预防性措施；定期与客户召开会议，评审质量问题并制定纠正与预防措施；监控客户质量评分卡在项目投产前、量产阶段及售后阶段为客户提供技术支持：提升客户对产品的技术认知，降低保修成本；检查客户生产流程中与博世产品相关的部件处理情况，优化/纠正客户流程；为客户提供技术支持，协调在客户工厂进行预分析及现场考察活动；每年与各客户协调技术研讨会，避免索赔与投诉问题采取预防性措施确保为客户提供完美质量：驻场工程师培训；定期与相关部门召开会议，从客户投诉中总结经验教训；推动内部持续改进，并根据客户情况选择性参与8D现场审查或审核；优化投诉处理及响应时间，定期与问题解决团队跟进会议建立并维护良好的客户关系，提升客户满意度与忠诚度与客户协商投诉处理流程，支持SQW（供应商质量专员）进行质量协议谈判内部/外部质量报告根据实际退货情况确认保修成本支持符合ISO/TS16949要求，协助实现工厂及部门目标 Qualifications 机械/电子工程相关专业本科或硕士学历 5年以上汽车行业经验（有整车厂/OEM工作经验者优先）熟悉IATF16949标准、FMEA（失效模式分析）精通问题解决流程及8D方法具备客户投诉处理方法及客户技术支持经验优秀的沟通与谈判能力具备驾驶技能英语口语及书写流利 Additional Information 该岗位内部推荐奖金为人民币 3000 元整（仅限博世内部员工申请），具体请参见《博世中国内部推荐政策》 Internal Referral bonus of this vacancy: RMB 3000 (Valid only for Bosch associates). Responsibilities
