Job Description - Conduct motor design changes including mechanical and electro-magnetic changes - Release of locally sourced motor components together with purchasing and motor supplier - Test planning and monitoring for release of motor as part of the overall brake/steering system - Evaluation and documentation of test results - Technical support for final assembly in production line - Cooperation with other divisions in Germany, USA and Japan Qualifications - Master degree of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering - 5 years related working experience in DC/EC motor of actuation system - Solid engineering background in DC/EC motor design and validation experience - Capability of adapting Design FMEA - Automotive brake/steering system knowhow and DC/EC motor control logic - Experience of development of local motor supplier - Fluent in English, and good communication skills - Basic project management knowledge
