Work You Will Do As a GRC Technology Consultant, you will be part of our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team, supporting the delivery of technology-enabled risk transformation projects. In this role, you will perform a functional consultant capacity by gathering business requirements, contributing to the design, implementation, and enhancement of the Integration Lead – GRC Archer System within our GRC platform. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, risk management teams, and the system implementation team, ensuring effective design, testing, and deployment of Integration Lead – GRC Archer System functionalities. Your work will align with established risk management frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices to enable a robust and sustainable risk management environment.   Key Responsibilities 1. Integration Strategy & Design Define overall integration architecture for GRC platform. Design system-to-system integration (API, file-based, middleware, ETL). Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and data governance standards. Conduct impact assessment for new integration requirements. 2. Technical Implementation & Oversight Lead end-to-end integration development lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy). Coordinate with IT, vendors, and infrastructure teams. Oversee API configuration, data mapping, transformation logic, and scheduling. Ensure proper documentation of integration design and configuration. 3. Data Governance & Quality Define data mapping rules and validation controls. Ensure data integrity, completeness, and reconciliation across systems. Support master data governance and synchronization processes. 4. Security & Compliance Ensure integrations comply with cybersecurity and data privacy requirements. Implement access control and secure transmission protocols. Support audit trail, logging, and monitoring requirements. 5. Testing & Deployment Develop integration test strategy and scenarios (SIT/UAT). Support defect resolution and performance tuning. Coordinate release management and migration planning. 6. Stakeholder Management Act as primary contact for integration matters across business and IT. Provide technical advisory during workshops and governance discussions. Support CAB approval and change management processes.   Qualifications & Experience Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Experience Minimum 5–8 years of experience in system integration or enterprise application architecture. Hands-on experience with RSA Archer GRC platform (preferred). Experience integrating GRC with systems such as: ITSM (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) SIEM/Security tools (e.g., Sentinel) ERP systems HR systems Experience in financial services or regulated industries is an advantage. Technical Skills Strong understanding of API integration (REST/SOAP), JSON/XML. Experience with middleware, ETL tools, or data integration platforms. Knowledge of database concepts (SQL, data modeling). Understanding of authentication mechanisms (SSO, OAuth, LDAP). Familiarity with cybersecurity and data protection principles. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple integrations across parallel workstreams. Experience working in structured project governance environment.   Industry Focus: FSI Exposure to banking, asset management, digital asset, insurance, and financial services risk and compliance processes.
