REQUIREMENTS

• Current A and/or B class Asbestos Removal Licence
• White Card
• Current Drivers Licence
• Sound knowledge of asbestos handling and safety regulations
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Competent using tablets/phones for report writing and data capture
• Fluent in English with excellent grammar and communication skills
• Physically fit and able to work in varied environments
• Willingness to travel throughout Queensland as required

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious A/B class Asbestos Removalist to join our growing company. You will work on a wide range of projects from small domestic removals/makesafes to larger commercial removals and demolitions, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely remove and dispose of Friable and Non-Friable Asbestos materials in accordance with the relevant legislation/regulations.
• Prepare, set-up, and maintain clean work areas.
• Operation and maintenance of all asbestos removal machinery/tools
• Accurately and promptly complete required documentation (SWMS, Inspection reports, etc)
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, team members, and other contractors
