Are you an experienced AC Maintenance Technician? Do you have experience with property maintenance? If so, join our team as the A/C Maintenance Technician at our downtown Baton Rouge, high-rise apartment community: Lake Towers apartments!The person we are looking for will be a highly skilled technician who pays attention to detail and is a team player. Responsibilities:
- Provide our residents with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair services in a friendly, courteous and expedient manner
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residentmove-ins
- Participate in an on-call rotation with other maintenance technicians for emergency after-hours calls
- Complete required paperwork such as inventory logs, service tickets and daily recap sheets
