Roles & Responsibilities
· Install air conditioning units and HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and building codes
· Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all HVAC equipment· Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and provide effective repairs
· Replace or repair defective components, such as motors, compressors, thermostats, relays, and sensors
· Test system performance and make necessary adjustments for optimal operation· Maintain accurate service logs and reports
· Educate clients on system operation, maintenance best practices, and energy conservation
· Stay informed about new HVAC technologies, tools, and industry standards
· Comply with all safety procedures and regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Completion of accredited HVAC training program
· Relevant certifications/licensure as required by law· 1-3 years of experience in HVAC installation or repair preferred
· Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently or as part of a team
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Physical ability to perform demanding labor
· Valid driver’s license
