JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various HVAC equipment and systems. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in construction or property maintenance.
• Familiarity with HVAC design principles and refrigeration processes is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in field service or appliance repair.
• Experience working with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics related to HVAC systems.
• Previous experience in boiler maintenance or repair is advantageous.

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose issues with HVAC equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
• Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure efficient operation of heating and cooling systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs on HVAC equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner while adhering to safety standards.
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment for repairs and installations.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during repairs.
