Thomsun Mercantile and Marine LLC is seeking an experienced AC Technician with solid expertise in refrigeration systems to support night shift operations at our newly commissioned warehouse facility. The technician will play a critical role in maintaining and monitoring frozen chamber refrigeration systems, ensuring operational efficiency and system integrity during the night, in coordination with our Senior Plant Technician on the day shift.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/ITI in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in refrigeration systems, preferably in cold storage or industrial frozen chamber environments.
• Strong understanding of plant monitoring systems, compressors, chillers, and related HVAC equipment.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly during night shifts.

• Monitor and operate refrigeration systems and HVAC equipment in frozen chamber environments during night shift.
• Respond promptly to alarms, troubleshoot issues, and carry out basic corrective maintenance.
• Ensure system parameters remain within optimal operational limits.
• Maintain logs and provide clear handovers to day-shift teams.
• Coordinate with the Senior Plant Technician for ongoing technical alignment and escalation of major issues.
• Follow all safety, quality, and compliance guidelines for refrigerated plant operations.
