Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, engineers, and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve any challenges related to welding or fabrication. Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during welding, such as equipment malfunctions or material issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Preferred Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Welding certification (e.g., AWS, ASME) is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a welder, with strong expertise in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding. Experience in both structural and sheet metal welding is a plus. Skills: Proficient in welding techniques and the operation of welding equipment. Strong understanding of blueprint reading and technical drawing interpretation. Knowledge of welding safety standards and procedures. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Attention to detail and a focus on high-quality, precise welds. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
