We are seeking an experienced A&D Account Manager to join our team at Prairie Stone Market in Calgary. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth by managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities. Your contributions will be vital to our mission of delivering exceptional stone products to our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as an A&D Account Manager or similar role in B2B sales.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• A background in sales or related fields is a plus.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Architects & Designers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking and market research.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage accounts and track sales activities.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Participate in industry events and trade shows as needed.
