Provide high‑quality project support across Aged & Disability Services (A&DS) to strengthen service delivery, data integrity, and compliance. What you’ll be doing: Deliver high quality project coordination and support across A&DS to progress strategic and operational initiatives. Contribute to planning, implementing, and evaluating projects that improve service quality, client experience, operational efficiency, and compliance with funding requirements. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams, IS, Civica, and other external stakeholders to support effective project delivery and continuous improvement. Share relevant information about A&DS services and participate in internal and external networks to support knowledge exchange and strong client outcomes. Collect, analyse, and interpret data to produce reports, insights, and dashboards that support decision making and project outcomes. Monitor and maintain the integrity, accuracy, and security of data within the Client Management System (Carelink), implementing corrective actions as needed. Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for Carelink, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and minimal service disruption. Liaise with Civica to coordinate system updates, enhancements, and version upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption and clear communication to users. Support A&DS in the transition to CIVICA managed services, including readiness activities, process alignment, and testing. The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role: Demonstrated experience supporting or coordinating projects in community, aged care, disability, or related service environments, including contributing to change management and service improvement initiatives. Strong understanding of aged care financial procedures and compliance requirements. Demonstrated ability to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security, and to support reporting requirements across platforms such as Carelink, DEX, TechOne, and the Funded Agency Channel. Knowledge of Aged & Disability Services policies, relevant Acts, and regulations at both local and national levels. Ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Council staff, clients, and service providers. High-level customer service skills, ensuring professional and empathetic interactions with diverse individuals. Experience in accounts administration, data reporting, and financial management within Aged & Disability Services. Experience managing client databases, rostering systems, and providing system administration support. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing reports, correspondence, and data analysis. Required Certifications & Qualifications Degree or diploma in accounting, business, or a related field or lesser formal qualifications with substantial relevant experience. Why Hume City Council?
