 FP-A TFSS 6AM-630PM REPORTS TO: JOSE ANTONIO CERVANTES RESPONSIBILITIES * Performs tasks, activities, and responsibilities according to the established standard operating procedures and checklists.   * Performs preventive maintenance on equipment according to an established schedule.  * Identifies continuous improvement initiatives when troubleshooting equipment issues to enhance overall efficiency and reduce waste in production.  * Interprets work orders and specifications to determine if machines and equipment require replacement, repair, or general maintenance.  * Investigate, identify, and resolve operational constraints in the process while eliminating and minimizing bottlenecks to prevent operational downtime.  * Ensures equipment is set up properly and operates for maximum efficiencies.  QUALIFICATIONS Required: * Engineering degree mechanical, mechatronics, industrial, electrical or equivalent. * 1 year of relevant experience in a technician role, preferably food manufacturing. * Analytically minded and willing to learn new computer systems.
