Lady Banks Rooftop Bar are on the lookout for passionate individuals to fill Waitstaff & Cocktail Bartender positions at one of Sydney’s most iconic rooftop venues!
Nestled in the heart of Bankstown, Lady Banks Rooftop stands as Sydney’s largest rooftop bar, offering breathtaking 360-degree views of the stunning Sydney skyline. Showcasing exceptional food and drink experiences, Lady Banks Rooftop proudly reigns as the crowning glory of the Flinders Centre at Bankstown Sports Club.
We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced A La Carte Waitstaff & Cocktail Bartenders to work at Lady Banks Rooftop. This is an exciting opportunity to progress your hospitality career in an exciting and professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrating our Culture Values - Strong Team Player, Willingness to Surprise and Delight our guests and a ‘Can-Do’ Attitude.
• Greeting all customers and projecting a positive, motivated and friendly image to guests and staff
• Assisting with all customer enquiries, or requests regarding products and services
• Providing efficient and accurate service of food & beverage items to customers in bar areas and/or functions
• Restaurant duties; including table preparation, food & beverage service and cleaning duties
• Building and maintaining positive customer relationships, across a broad range of diverse cultures

Essential experience

• Experience working in an al a carte restaurant environment
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to carry 3-plates
• Ability to work independently or as a part of a team
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
• Immaculate personal presentation
• Must have RSA and RCG qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and evenings
• Rights to work in Australia

Cocktail Bartender Essential experience

• Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a high-volume setting.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, including classic and contemporary cocktails.
