A-LEVEL COMPUTER SCIENCE ONLINE TUTOR

At JB Tutors, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality online education in a supportive and student-focused environment. We help learners excel in core subjects from Year 3 through to A-Level. While we tutor across a range of disciplines, this role is specifically for an A-Level Computer Science tutor.
Our mission is to build confidence, foster a love for learning, and help students achieve their academic goals through personalised and engaging online lessons.
We are currently looking for a passionate and knowledgeable A-Level Computer Science Tutor to join our online team. This is an ideal role for tutors who are confident in delivering Computer Science lessons up to Year 13.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong subject knowledge and experience teaching or tutoring A-Level Computer Science up to Year 13 is essential.
• A degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Prior experience tutoring or teaching Computer Science in a school or online setting is preferred.
• An enhanced DBS check with children’s barred list is required.

• Plan and deliver effective and engaging online tutoring sessions in A-Level Computer Science.
• Tailor lessons to suit each student’s individual learning needs and goals.
• Encourage student curiosity and scientific thinking through interactive, real-world teaching methods.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular, constructive feedback.
