JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to provide personalised educational support to students. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, including those with special educational needs, and possess the ability to communicate effectively and educate in a way that fosters a positive learning environment. REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with children.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students.
• Ability to educate diverse learners, including those requiring special education support.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed academically.
• Relevant qualifications in education or a related field are advantageous.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and improvement in tutoring practices.

Work Location: Remot

• Deliver one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs.
• Assess students’ strengths and weaknesses to develop customised lesson plans.
• Communicate clearly with students to explain concepts and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a supportive and engaging learning atmosphere that encourages student participation.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to education.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
