Description We are seeking an experienced and driven District Manager to oversee and manage multiple retail oil locations within a designated district. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, achieving revenue targets, and delivering outstanding customer service across all sites. The District Manager will play a critical role in shaping store-level leadership, driving performance, and executing company strategies. Requirements Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations Create a productive, results-oriented working environment across all locations Hire, develop, and retain high-performing Store Managers committed to company success Establish a clear vision and performance benchmarks for each store in the district Implement policies, programs, and operational strategies to achieve business goals Maintain consistent communication to ensure alignment across all locations Lead by example in decision-making, conflict resolution, and team motivation Planning & Organizational Effectiveness Establish priorities and allocate resources effectively to meet district objectives Conduct regular site visits, audits, and operational reviews Ensure consistency in execution of standard operating procedures Support and drive change initiatives aligned with company objectives Employee Development & Team Building Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities Build strong relationships with employees by understanding individual motivations and needs Conduct regular performance evaluations and set challenging, measurable goals Monitor and manage staffing levels across all locations to ensure operational readiness Business & Financial Management Analyze financial reports and management tools to identify trends and performance gaps Manage district budgets and monitor P&L performance for each location Develop and execute action plans to improve profitability and efficiency Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for growth Collaborate on marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and revenue Compliance & Standards Ensure all locations comply with company policies and industry regulations Maintain adherence to local, state, and federal laws governing retail and fuel operations Uphold high standards for safety, environmental compliance, and customer service Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred) Minimum of 5 years of experience in district or multi-unit management (retail, fuel, or automotive industry preferred) Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and operational objectives Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management abilities Ability to interpret financial data and implement performance improvement strategies Willingness to travel regularly within and occasionally outside the district Why Join Us?
