We are looking for an experienced A/P and A/R clerk with a strong ability for analysis, The right candidate will be fastidious and detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and will stay organized under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and print Invoices.
  • Account Assistant.
  • A/P -A/R
  • Review invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and or process invoices for payment using our QuickBooks software
  • Receive customer payments in the accounting system.
  • File management.
  • Check the cash register.
  • Reconcile accounts payable.
  • Administrative duties.
  • Spanish is a plus, but not required.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
