MW Aircraft Services Inc is a part of 145 FAA certified repair station located in Conroe, Texas at the Conroe North Houston Regional Airport.
We are currently seeking for an experiencedGeneral aviation - corporate A & P Mechanic to join our growing company. We are looking for an experienced Technician with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working on a variety of airframes including but not limited to Cessna, Citation 500 series, 650 Conquest II King air, Lear Jet, Bombardier, Piper, Westwind, and many others preferred.
MW Aircraft services offer benefit packages; Health, Dental, Vision, and ADD.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • A valid FAA Airframe and Power Plant certificate required
  • 5 years minimum of aviation experience on Cessna, Learjet, Beechcraft King Air, and Bombardier preferred
  • Must have Strong communication skills
  • Must have mechanical and electrical aptitude skills
  • Must be able to lift 50 Lbs, work in the confide spaces and areas that are difficult to access
  • Must have own hand tools

Responsibilities

· Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and alterations following FAA regulations, airworthiness directives, service bulletins, maintenance procedures, and company policies, ensuring the highest safety and quality standards.
· Perform routine maintenance and major inspections on corporate and private aircraft per manufacturer maintenance manuals.
· Inspect, maintain, and repair aircraft systems and structures of moderate to advanced complexity with minimal supervision.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues with airframe systems, including electrical, hydraulic, and engine components.
· Test, adjust, and repair engines, propellers, controls, landing gear, hydraulic systems, and flight controls, ensuring proper rigging and functionality.
· Read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, technical documents, and schematic diagrams to perform tasks accurately.
· Complete complex inspections, repairs, and modifications efficiently and independently.
· Collaborate with internal departments to meet FAA and company documentation and inspection requirements.
· Accurately and promptly complete work order sign-offs and required paperwork in compliance with FAA and company standards.
· Analyze mechanical problems, determine optimal repair solutions, and ensure timely resolution.
· Verify all documentation is completed and signed off per applicable manuals and FAA regulations.
