JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Aviation Mechanic to join our team. As an Aviation Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and inspections on a variety of aircraft to ensure their safe and efficient operation. You will work closely with a team of professionals to uphold the highest standards of safety and quality in aviation maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic certification.
  • Previous experience as an aviation mechanic, preferably working on a variety of aircraft types.
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, components, and maintenance practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Must pass drug screening test.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Safety and Compliance:
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, procedures, and regulations.
  • Implement proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and changes in aviation regulations.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with other aviation professionals, including pilots, engineers, and other mechanics.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior mechanics or apprentices.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss maintenance schedules, issues, and improvements.
