Premier Physiotherapy & Sports Medicine is a modern and state of the art clinic in Kleinburg that specializes in MSK/orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine. We’re a multi-disciplinary team that also includes massage therapy, psychotherapy, and dieticians. We are looking for a pediatric physiotherapist to work in a private practice clinic for an existing pediatric caseload for patients under the age of 16 that include diverse levels of motor development.
The successful applicant works well in a team environment alongside other clinicians and is able to handle a diverse pediatric caseload while simultaneously operating as a fully autonomous practitioner. Ideally, we are looking for someone with a high degree of evidence-based clinical reasoning, who has experience with patients under the age of 16 at all levels of motor development.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Licensed and active registered member with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Hold a Master’s of Physiotherapy or Doctorate of Physiotherapy
  • Experience in sports therapy along with additional certifications in needling are an asset but not required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about your profession and committed to ongoing learning
Responsibilities
  • Perform physical assessments and provide overview of assessment, classification, and treatment to clients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a wide range of clients
  • Work towards progressing the clients’ physical capabilities and enhancing lifestyle and well-being
