ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST (TEMP-TO-HIRE)

Ledgent Finance & Accounting is partnering with a growing company in Natomas to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist on a temp-to-hire basis. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team and take the next step in your accounting career.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (ERP experience a plus)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Process customer payments, post cash receipts, and reconcile accounts
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Generate AR reports and assist with month-end close
• Support accounting team with special projects as needed
• Strong communication skills liason between multiple departments
