JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include taking guest orders/ringing them in, stocking and cleaning. A passion for customer service and a commitment to excellence are essential in this role. SKILLS

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Experience an asset, but not necessary
• Must be able to count currency and give appropriate change
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Calm under pressure
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
  Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
  Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
