🏢 Company: EXTRA Media SRL (Casablanca), led by EXTRA Immobilien Gruppe (Germany) 📍 Location: Casablanca office (remote within Morocco possible) 🕘 Hours: Full-time, aligned with CET (German business hours) 👤 Reports to: Managing Director (Germany) 💰 Compensation: Base + fixed per-object commissions ⚡ Start: ASAP Tasks You will qualify and nurture leads, manage our service portfolio (property management & brokerage), keep the CRM pipeline moving, create offers and drive written follow-ups. For Germany, you support our field sales team. In Morocco, you qualify and independently close within a defined framework. You’ll run paper-based campaigns (letters/flyers/mailshots) and online lead gen (scraping + Google Ads) 🔎 Lead research & sourcing (web/portals/scraping); clean CRM entry (HubSpot/Propstack). 📈 Pipeline management: stages, tasks, notes; prep & handover for field appointments. ✉️ Offer creation, sending, and structured follow-ups (email/letter/WhatsApp) with SLAs. 📨 Offline campaigns: plan letters/flyers/postal distribution; coordinate print/lettershop; track response & CPL. 🌐 Online campaigns: set up & monitor Google Ads (search/remarketing), simple forms, A/B tests, UTM; weekly reports. Requirements 🗄️ Confident with CRM (HubSpot/Propstack) & MS 365. 🔍 Google Ads hands-on (keywords, setup, basic conversion/UTM). 🕵️ Strong web research/scraping (no-code/low-code; Python/n8n/Zapier basics a plus). 🧱 Structured, numbers-driven, high follow-through; crisp writing.
