To support this mission, Syngenta’s {Hiring Team} is seeking a Hybrid A2R Process Excellence – Intern in Budapest. Role Purpose Participate month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, allocations,producing associated analysis, and adhering to corporate timeline. Assure correctness, timeliness of financial planning and analysis datasets in support of the FP&A and Business Facing Finance organizations. Participate in the delivery of the A2R transformation agenda across the entities in the area of responsibility (including digital transformation, process improvement, automation etc.). Qualifications Required Qualifications: Ensure timely and accurate recording of all business transactions in ERP system according to the IFRS rules for group reporting Sustain high standards on verification of assets and liabilities in the balance sheet Perform balance sheet reconciliation in line with corporate IFRS and statutory reporting requirements Support a high level of financial compliance capability in the team and promote compliance culture through training and other relevant initiatives. effective and sustainable implementation of Internal Control Frameworks (ICF) and segregation of duty (SoD) risk management frameworks Collaborate effectively with other country peers to share best practice Desired Qualifications: Bachelor/Master/MBA in Economics or Finance (Active student status) Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar intern role, preferably in a multinational environment Sound in economics, finance, or accounting background Preferably experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is preferred) Preferably experience with any digital transformation and/or tools Fluent English language skills Additional Information Our efforts to become a really good place to work: Dynamic and international team with great atmosphere Possibilities to learn and grow High quality office environment Possibility of working from home Syngenta is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in recruitment, hiring, training, promotion or any other employment practices for reasons of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, sexual orientation, marital or veteran status, disability, or any other legally protected status. #LI-Hybrid
