🌟 What You’ll Do As part of our high-performing finance team, you will: Daily Operations & Month-End Close Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger transactions. Manage the month-end close process with accuracy and timeliness. Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis. Revenue Accounting Manage revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 standards. Review customer contracts for proper revenue treatment. Monitor deferred revenue schedules to ensure timely recognition. Systems & Process Improvement Contribute to ERP/accounting system implementation projects. Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual work and errors. Drive process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency. Reporting & Compliance Coordinate with external auditors and be the point of contact during audit cycles. Assist in tax filings, statutory requirements, and corporate compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, at least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a global or big company CPA is required; MBA is a plus; other certifications are welcome Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including US GAAP and IFRS Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, internal controls, and audit management Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate results effectively to senior management Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of accounting professionals Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Willing to work on a night shift or partial night shift depending on the arrangement with client
