Job Details Job Location: 118 - Channel Stockton - Stockton, CA 95202 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 Salary/year Under direct supervision of the VP of Operations, the AB-109 Program Coordinator will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the AB10 Reentry Program, which provides services to adults transitioning from incarceration. This leadership position ensures the program meets contractual obligations, maintains high-quality service delivery, and supports a multidisciplinary team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Adheres to El Concilio California policies and procedures per the agency employee manual. Oversee day-to-day operations of the AB10 Reentry Program, ensuring alignment with state requirements, grant contracts, and agency policies. Lead day-to-day operations of AB-109 programs, including reentry, case management, workforce development, housing navigation, and supportive services. Develop, implement, and refine program procedures, service delivery models, and documentation standards. Lead program planning efforts including setting annual goals, participant capacity planning, and workflow development. Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners (probation/parole, community colleges, workforce systems, behavioral health providers, housing partners, and correctional institutions). Attend reentry coalitions, partner meetings, and county coordination groups, representing the agency and advocating for program needs. Conduct regular team meetings, case reviews, and supervision sessions (individual and group). Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to program staff, mentors, interns, or volunteers assigned to the AB10 program. Support staff development by identifying training needs, coordinating professional development, and ensuring adherence to trauma-informed and ethical practice. Monitor data entry, case documentation, and reporting for accuracy, timeliness, and quality. Track program performance metrics, produce outcome reports, and support evaluation activities. Oversee program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure fiscal compliance with funder requirements. Prepare and submit timely reports, documentation, and invoices in accordance with county and state contracts. Support grant writing, contract renewal processes, and funding proposals. Assist in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and evaluating staff performance. Attend all El Concilio California special events and meetings. Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and administration. EDUCATION A Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice or related field is highly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field is required 1-3 years of managerial experience within reentry, criminal justice or related programming.
