About the role
We are seeking an experienced Ab Initio Engineer with expertise in Azure cloud Data Lake to join our team. As an Ab Initio Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data pipelines using Ab Initio, Azure cloud, and Data Lake. This includes developing and implementing Ab Initio graphs, components, and workflows, as well as integrating Ab Initio with Azure cloud services such as Azure Storage, Azure Databricks, and Azure Stream Analytics.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in designing and implementing large-scale data pipelines using Ab Initio, Azure cloud, and Data Lake.
• Knowledge within Ab Initio, including Ab Initio graphs, components, and workflows.
• Communication skills are required to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Certification in Ab Initio or Azure, such as Ab Initio Certified Developer or Azure Certified: Azure Developer Associate is a plus.

• Design and implement Ab Initio graphs, components, and workflows to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Develop Ab Initio components to perform complex data transformations, aggregations, and calculations
• Integrate Ab Initio with Azure cloud services such as Azure Storage, Azure Databricks, and Azure Stream Analytics to build scalable and efficient data pipelines.
• Implement data pipelines using Data Lake, including data ingestion, processing, and analytics.
• Collaborate with data scientists to ensure that the data pipelines meet the requirements of the data analytics use cases.
• Troubleshoot and optimize the Ab Initio graphs and data pipelines.
• Develop and maintain documentation of the Ab Initio graphs and data pipelines.
