Kick off your investment casting engineering career by gaining the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to excel in your new Associate Engineer position with Hitchiner!
We are seeking engineers to be part of the Hitchiner Manufacturing Engineering Training Program. During this six-month training program, new Associate Engineers will be introduced to investment casting concepts at Hitchiner’s R&D center in both classroom and shop floor environments which will prepare you for a position within Hitchiner’s operations/manufacturing plants upon completion of the program.

MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering - mechanical, manufacturing, or materials science
2. Familiar with a variety of concepts within the field.
3. Prior internship experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
4. Must possess excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
