Responsibilities: Supervise and support BTs/RBTs Conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.) Develop and update treatment plans Monitor client progress and analyze data Provide parent training and support Collaborate with clinical team Qualifications: Master’s degree in ABA or related field (preferred) Bachelors Degree with proof of enrollment in Master's Program (acceptable) BCaBA, or pursuing BCBA 2+ years of ABA experience (preferred) Reliable transportation + willingness to travel Strong communication and organization skills Ideal Candidate: Passionate, reliable, and enjoys working with children and mentoring others.
