JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinic Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, focusing on providing high-quality care to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. This position requires strong organizational skills, a passion for ABA, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience working in ABA is required (2 year minimum)
  • Familiarity with ABA techniques, special education practices, and working with people on the autism spectrum is required.
  • Strong understanding of patient care protocols, including intake procedures, diagnostic evaluations, and medical documentation practices.
  • Experience in data collection methods related to behavioral health outcomes is required.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and CPBAO/BACB standards.
  • Conduct client intake processes, gathering necessary information for assessments and schedules.
  • Coordinate behavioural therapy sessions and support services for clientele.
  • Support staff in staff training, creating materials for programming, graphing data, and ensuring binders and comm logs are being maintained.
  • Ensure a welcoming environment for patients and their families, fostering positive relationships within the clinic.
  • Ensure clinic supplies are filled and used appropriately.
  • Ensuring the clinic is clean.
  • Filling in for therapy on occasion (must have extensive ABA experience).
  • Understand how to use Google sheets, docs, and forms.
  • Ensure all staff are following policies and procedures.
  • Participate in staff onboarding, reviews, and any necessary disciplinary/corrective actions
  • Answer phones/emails and be able to communicate effectively with parents.
