SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate Junior Facilitator to join our team at Behaviour Innovations. In this role, you will work closely with children and young adults, implementing ABA strategies to promote positive behavioral changes. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our clients’ development and inclusion in various settings. Training will be provided by BCBAs.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post Secondary education in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, or equivalent. Alternatively a diploma in CYW, SSW, PSW or DSW.
  • Experience working with children or young adults in a therapeutic or educational setting.
  • Strong data collection and analysis skills to track client progress effectively.
  • Knowledge of special education practices is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families and professionals.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases while providing individualized attention.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a self-motivated, high-energy and enthusiastic approach
  • Updated vulnerable sector screening is required
  • Access to a vehicle is necessary as travel is required

  • Implement individualized ABA programs for children and young adults with autism one on one in a home based setting
