Work Location(s) Behavior Technicians may be assigned to locations within a 15–20 mile radius of the listed location, depending on company caseload needs. We provide quality and individualized services based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children and teens with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, and developmental delays. Primary Job Responsibilities Implement behavior management programs Apply behavioral techniques and strategies with an emphasis on prevention and behavior management Monitor, evaluate, and record client progress according to measurable goals described in treatment and care plan. Maintain confidentiality of records relating to client's treatment Attend and participate in treatment/behavior management team meetings with staff Skills and Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or equivalent Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adhere to ethical and professional standards Ability to provide evidence of negative tuberculosis test Ability to pass FBI and DOJ Live Scan background check Consistent and reliable transportation Preferred: Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field. Experience working with individuals with learning or development disabilities Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions to children with special needs in a 1:1 setting in the home and community.
