Description:
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work directly with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities, implementing individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This role is vital in helping children improve their social, communication, and behavioral skills in a supportive environment.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Certification in ABA (RBT, Diploma in Behavioural Sciences/ABA)
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, education or related field preferred.
- Prior experience working with children in ABA therapy or special education setting and children with ASD.
- Experience in implementing behavioural strategies and familiarity with principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) is strongly preferred.
- Experience in data collection methods and assessments relevant to behavior analysis is beneficial.

Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA therapy techniques and strategies as outlined in individualized treatment plans.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor the effectiveness of interventions and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to treatment.
- Provide individualized care by fostering a nurturing and safe environment for children during therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, including data collection on behavior changes and skill acquisition.
- Participate in meetings to discuss progress, share insights, and contribute to treatment planning and monitoring.

Schedule: Daytime hours, with evenings and weekends preferred
Reliable transportation is required for offsite sessions (In-home and community as needed)
