POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ABA Therapist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis to join our team. The ideal candidate will support children and individuals with autism and developmental delays by providing evidence-based interventions to improve communication, social, academic, and daily living skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Certification or training in ABA (e.g., RBT, BCaBA, or BCBA) is an advantage.
  • Eligible for UAE professional license (DOH, DHA, or MOH).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical ABA experience.
  • Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavior assessments and collect accurate data to guide therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group therapy sessions.
  • Apply behavior intervention strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and build adaptive skills.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary professionals to support client progress.
  • Monitor, document, and update treatment goals regularly.
  • Foster a positive, engaging, and client-centered therapy environment.
