JOB OVERVIEW

As an ABA Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality behavioral therapy to children with autism and other developmental disorders. Your primary focus will be to implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. You will work closely with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral changes and enhance the overall quality of life for your clients.

SKILLS

  • Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disorders.
  • Familiarity with hospital settings or pediatric care environments is preferred.
  • Strong research skills to stay updated on best practices in ABA therapy.
  • Knowledge of special education principles and practices is a plus.
  • Proficient in data collection methods relevant to behavioral analysis.
  • Excellent patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients and their families.
