POSITION SUMMARY : Fair Lawn / Bergen County ​ Therapists are assigned cases within approximately 20–30 minutes of their location. The ABA Therapist (RBT/BT) provides in-home support to children and adolescents, helping them develop essential skills and improve behaviors. Working under the guidance of a BCBA, the ABA Therapist implements personalized therapy plans and collaborates with families to foster the child's growth Precious Care ABA is a rapidly growing nationwide ABA company with a primary focus on helping individuals reach their highest potential through high quality ABA Therapy. Positive work environment with an emphasis on a healthy work-life balance Access to a wealth of resources, training, and support systems to help you do your job better and more efficiently RESPONSIBILITIES: • Implement behavior modification and skill acquisition programs, as directed by BCBA • Collect data on above programs • Record session notes detailing treatment • Report successes, challenges and questions to the supervising BCBA • File medical and crisis incident reports Requirements • Ability to read and write English • High school diploma and one ABA-related course (ex.
