QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Passionate about the service field.
  • RBT or a professional working towards being an RBT is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Flexibility to working schedule.
  • College diploma or university degree in a related field of work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A team player along with an independent decision-maker when in need.
  • Updates vulnerable sector check.
  • First aid and CPR training will be an asset.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver services based on domains of development and supporting children and youth to reach their individual goals and address needs.
  • Implement ABA therapy in 1:1 sessions in the in-home and community settings.
  • Monitoring the child’s progress through data collection, graphing, and conveying the results through binder updating.
  • Maintaining ongoing communication between the family and the clinical team
  • Maintain confidentiality of all the clients and their programs.
  • Provide parent training through a parent collaboration model.
  • Administer functional assessments.
  • Work alongside a multidisciplinary team.
  • Identify additional service needs and assist families and clients in working on socially valid behaviors.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
